About this Role
As a Tech Team Member, you’ll serve behind the scenes to help create a distraction-free worship environment where people can clearly hear God’s Word and respond in worship. You’ll work with a team to set up and operate Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) equipment during weekend services, including microphones, music, and spoken elements. No prior experience is required—training and support are provided, and experienced team members will walk with you as you learn. Expect to collaborate closely with the worship band and other tech team volunteers, and play a vital role in helping the congregation engage fully in worship.
