Opportunity Details
The Edge Café Coordinator helps ensure every serving opportunity is covered so our café can consistently provide a warm and welcoming experience each weekend. By scheduling volunteers, communicating with the team, and helping fill open positions, you make it possible for others to serve confidently and for guests to experience genuine hospitality from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish the monthly volunteer schedule.
- Communicate serving dates and reminders with team members.
- Help fill open serving opportunities when schedule changes occur.
- Welcome and onboard new volunteers in coordination with the Team Lead.
- Encourage and support volunteers through regular communication.
Commitment
Serve approximately 1-2 hours each month, with additional time as needed to fill schedule changes. This role can largely be completed remotely.
