Opportunity Details
The Edge Café Supply Coordinator helps ensure the café is always ready to serve by keeping supplies stocked, organized, and available. Through careful planning and stewardship, this role supports the entire Edge Café ministry by providing everything needed to create a welcoming environment for guests each weekend.
Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory of coffee, cups, lids, sleeves, syrups and other café supplies.
- Purchase supplies within the approved ministry budget.
- Stock the café and storage areas throughout the week as needed.
- Organize storage areas to ensure supplies are easily accessible.
- Communicate equipment or supply needs to church staff.
- Practice wise stewardship by maintaining appropriate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
Commitment
Serve approximately 1-2 hours each week. Purchasing and stocking may be completed on a flexible schedule throughout the week.
