Overview
Sunday Morning Table Leaders help students grow by creating a welcoming environment where they can ask questions, build friendships, and engage in God's Word. Rather than teaching the lesson, Table Leaders facilitate meaningful conversations that help students understand and apply biblical truth to everyday life. Through consistency and encouragement, you'll help students take their next step in following Jesus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discussion using the provided lesson and discussion guide.
- Encourage every student to participate in conversation.
- Foster a welcoming and respectful environment.
- Build authentic relationships with students throughout the year.
- Pray regularly for the students in your group.
- Communicate student needs or concerns with Student Ministry leadership.
- Attend leader meetings and training opportunities as scheduled.
Commitment
Serve weekly during 9am Sunday Morning Growth Groups. Training and discussion guides are provided.
